Privacy policy
This policy covers this website and the personal Warrior Morning Report Windows application operated by Steven Fisher. Contact: [email protected].
Visiting this website
This edition has no visitor accounts, advertising trackers or site-added analytics. Cloudflare provides hosting and network services and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
External links take you to services with their own privacy policies. YouTube videos open on YouTube rather than loading an embedded player on this website. If you email Steve, your email address and message are used to respond; please do not send sensitive medical records.
Community comments
When you submit a comment, we store the display name you choose, your message, its submission time, and its moderation status in a Cloudflare D1 database. No email address is required. All comments begin as pending and are available to the site owner through the authenticated hosting account or a private, expiring review link delivered to the owner’s email. Only approved display names, messages and dates appear publicly. Please do not include private medical details or another person’s personal information.
New comments trigger an email alert to the site owner. The email contains a private review link rather than the comment text. Review links expire after seven days and stop working after a decision. Cloudflare handles delivery, and the owner’s email provider processes the alert. The website stores a hashed review token and delivery status; the original token is not stored in the database.
A temporary daily fingerprint derived from your network address helps limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the comments database. Expired rate-limit records and unapproved comments older than 30 days are removed when new comments are submitted. Approved comments remain until removed by the site owner. Cloudflare may separately process request information as described above.
To request removal of a comment, email Steve with its display name, date and enough detail to identify it. Comments can be declined or removed for spam, abuse, private information or inappropriate medical claims. Submitting a comment does not guarantee publication or a reply.
Warrior Morning Report: data accessed
The app requests Gmail read-only, YouTube read-only and YouTube Analytics read-only access. Although Gmail authorization permits reading messages, the implemented report retrieves metadata such as sender, subject, receipt time and unread status rather than message bodies. Microsoft access reads basic mail information and the account profile. A separate API key retrieves public YouTube comments.
How application data is used
Data is used to prepare the owner’s local morning report and compare channel snapshots. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The standalone application communicates directly with Google and Microsoft APIs. It does not send report contents to an AI service or an application-operated server. If the owner separately uploads a report to another service or requests its analysis in chat, that separate action is outside the standalone application’s automatic collection process. Private report data and credentials are not published on this website.
Storage, retention and protection
Reports containing email metadata, public comments and statistics are stored on the owner’s Windows computer until the owner deletes them. Credentials and the comments API key are encrypted with Windows protection tied to the owner’s account. The application does not encrypt the reports themselves. Local checkpoint files store collection times and the previous channel snapshot.
Stopping access and deleting data
The owner can disable the Warrior Morning Report Windows task, revoke access through Google or Microsoft account settings, and delete local reports and saved credentials. Revoking access does not delete existing local reports. This personal utility does not grant other users access.
Questions about data handling or deletion can be sent to the contact address above.
